Key Responsibilities Contribute to design, configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow applications, workflows and UIs under the guidance of senior engineers. Develop and maintain server- and client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts and notifications using JavaScript, XML and HTML. Assist with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and support data import/export and ETL activities to keep systems synchronized. Participate in platform upgrades, impact assessments and remediation tasks to maintain platform stability and performance. Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and follow release management and source control practices (Azure DevOps or similar). Help create technical documentation, runbooks and deliver user training for both technical and non-technical audiences. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes and implement practical, scalable solutions. Contribute to reporting and dashboard creation to support operational and executive needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and configuration (JavaScript, XML, HTML) and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with ITSM concepts and ITIL-aligned practices; exposure to ITBM, ITAM or ITOM is a plus. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC and DevOps practices, including familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
