The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java architecture, REST services, SQL, distributed systems, and full-stack development using ReactJS and NodeJS. Lead enterprise-scale automation platform initiatives with significant business impact Work with cutting-edge cloud-native and microservices architectures Collaborate with engineering leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders Drive modernization initiatives across mission-critical financial applications Key Responsibilities Define and own the ATF platform architecture and technical roadmap Lead design reviews and establish architecture standards for enterprise automation solutions Design and develop scalable automation platform services using Java and Spring Boot Architect RESTful APIs and service integrations supporting enterprise automation workflows Architect and oversee development of modern web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML5/CSS3 Design and optimize enterprise-scale SQL solutions with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and architecture governance Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality controls, and platform observability Qualifications 15–20+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in technical leadership roles Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API Architecture Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and microservices architecture Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Kafka, data integration patterns, and enterprise architecture principles Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation platforms Ready to Apply?
