This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their networking career while working alongside senior engineers on infrastructure projects, network deployments, and day-to-day operational support. Opportunity to work with enterprise-grade Cisco infrastructure and expand your technical expertise Collaborative environment with senior network engineers providing mentorship and guidance Hands-on experience with network deployments, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades Clear path for professional growth in enterprise networking and infrastructure support Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of Cisco network switches Perform Layer 1 and Layer 2 network troubleshooting and connectivity issue resolution Support enterprise switch deployment and hardware refresh projects Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools and respond to alerts Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs Support IP address management, network documentation, and structured cabling activities Respond to Service Desk tickets and provide timely resolution for network-related incidents Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance activities Qualifications 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments Experience with Cisco switching technologies and routing fundamentals Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP protocols Familiarity with network monitoring tools and UPS hardware deployments Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior engineers Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and install network equipment when required Ready to Apply?
