The team delivers scalable Pega-based solutions across integration, case management and platform optimization. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Design, develop and support Pega applications with emphasis on Case Management, Integration and performance optimization. Implement and maintain Agents, Job Schedulers, SLAs, Flows, UI rules and security configurations to meet business requirements. Collaborate with interfacing teams to design scalable solutions and ensure smooth integrations (REST, SOAP, DB access). Troubleshoot and debug production issues using Pega diagnostics and performance tools; propose and implement improvements. Mentor and provide guidance to other team members; participate in design reviews and knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development; Pega SSA certification is required. Strong understanding of Pega concepts: Case Management, Data Management, Integration, Agents/Schedulers, Flows and UI rules. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, performance tuning, security and debugging tools. Familiarity with Java and coding practices is a plus; experience with databases and integration frameworks is advantageous. Good communication skills, ability to work with multiple teams and deliver scalable enterprise solutions; exposure to tools like Jira/Rally/Clarity and SAFe is beneficial. Ready to Apply?
