Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks powered by Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript). Implement and support BDD-style workflows and frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow to align tests with business requirements. Lead automation efforts across cross-browser and cross-platform scenarios using cloud providers like LambdaTest and BrowserStack. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and ensure reliable pipeline execution. Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers (up to ~10), conduct code reviews, and drive QA best practices. Analyze test outcomes, triage defects with development teams, and continuously improve quality metrics. Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript and proven automation framework design ability. Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow and translating acceptance criteria into automated scenarios. Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (LambdaTest, BrowserStack) and cross-browser testing strategies. Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating tests into pipelines. Experience with API testing approaches and relevant tooling. 8+ years of total experience in QA/automation roles and a relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills; prior experience leading teams and driving process improvements. Preferred & Additional Skills Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Cursor AI or Kane AI to accelerate test creation and analysis. Familiarity with test automation maintenance strategies and monitoring flaky tests. Knowledge of performance, accessibility, or security testing is a plus. Ready to Apply?
