Opportunity to work on mission-critical federal SAP implementations with long-term contract stability Collaborative environment working alongside experienced BASIS and development teams Exposure to cutting-edge SAP RISE/HANA and S/4HANA technologies Professional development through complex change management and system monitoring initiatives Key Responsibilities Administer and support SAP Solution Manager in multi-component SAP environments including ECC, BI, Portal, and RISE/HANA landscapes Implement and maintain Solution Documentation, Business Process Repository, and project configurations Provide configuration, support, and enhancement for ChaRM, Test Workbench, Business Process Analytics, and Business Process Monitoring Design and support SAP system monitoring architecture including diagnostics for ECC, BI, and RISE landscapes Lead SAP RISE/HANA change management initiatives ensuring smooth transition and system readiness Manage automation of Solution Manager administrative and operational functions to streamline change and release cycles Support Solution Manager integration with third-party applications including PRISM and cloud connectors Collaborate with BASIS and development teams to ensure proper impact analysis and documentation for change requests Prepare detailed technical documentation, process flows, and conduct user training on Solution Manager and change management practices Perform Solution Manager software upgrades and version updates in compliance with enterprise policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of experience in SAP Solution Manager or BASIS administration, including change management Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Solution Manager modules including ChaRM, Test Workbench, Business Process Analytics, and Business Process Monitoring Strong expertise in SAP RISE/HANA and S/4HANA environments with proven experience leading change management and migration efforts Proficiency in system monitoring, diagnostics, and automation tools Understanding of end-to-end change management processes across multiple SAP landscapes Knowledge of federal systems such as FBMS and PRISM is preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills to support user training and executive reporting Ready to Apply?
