The initiative focuses on modernizing legacy regulatory reporting and data management platforms by establishing a scalable, cloud-native data ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging BigQuery. Work on cutting-edge data modernization initiatives in the financial services sector Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Governance, Regulatory Reporting, and Risk Management Contribute to enterprise-wide data governance and compliance frameworks Support regulatory compliance initiatives with direct impact on audit readiness Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise metadata management frameworks with business, technical, and operational metadata standards Establish end-to-end data lineage solutions from source systems through transformations to regulatory reports Develop enterprise data controls frameworks including preventive, detective, and corrective controls Implement data quality monitoring solutions with automated reconciliation frameworks and exception management workflows Support FR Y-14M regulatory reporting governance with complete traceability and audit documentation Implement governance controls within GCP BigQuery environment supporting cloud data asset auditability Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline 10+ years of experience in Metadata Management, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Controls, or Data Quality 5+ years within Banking, Financial Services with experience supporting large-scale Data Modernization or Cloud Migration programs Expertise in Enterprise Metadata Management, Business Glossary Management, Data Catalog Implementation, and Data Stewardship Strong experience with End-to-End Data Lineage, Column-Level Lineage, Impact Analysis, and Regulatory Traceability Proficiency in Data Controls Frameworks, Data Reconciliation, Data Certification, and Data Quality Monitoring Experience with Collibra, Alation, Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Microsoft Purview, Apache Atlas, and Manta Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality, Great Expectations, Talend Data Quality, and Collibra DQ Strong skills in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, SQL, and Python Ready to Apply?
