Work on cutting-edge BMC Helix platform projects with enterprise-level impact Competitive pay rate of $72/hr on C2C with relocation support available Opportunity to lead technical design and mentor junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT environment Key Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance applications on the BMC Helix platform, including ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) Develop and customize forms, workflows, business rules, and UI components using Developer Studio / Innovation Studio Build integrations with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP, and web services, connecting Helix with enterprise tools like monitoring and JIRA Design and maintain CMDB data models, asset lifecycles, reconciliation rules, and data integrity processes aligned with ITIL best practices Develop dashboards and reports using Helix Dashboards and KPI tracking, and write SQL queries for data analysis Lead application migration from legacy platforms to Innovation Studio, ensuring existing functionality is preserved Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on BMC Helix development experience, including ITSM, Innovation Suite, and Remedy Strong expertise in workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations) and API/integration development (REST/SOAP) Proven experience with BMC Helix migrations and CMDB/Asset Management configuration Deep understanding of ITIL service management processes and stakeholder management Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills Ready to Apply?
