Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain WPF desktop applications using MVVM and established object-oriented patterns (Factory, Singleton). Build, secure, and consume C#/.NET Web APIs to ensure reliable integration between services and desktop clients. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; perform and lead code reviews to uphold quality and SOLID principles. Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Coordinate daily with offshore engineers to plan work, resolve blockers, and align deliverables across time zones. Contribute to solution design, estimation, CI/CD practices, and release planning. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and participate in incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Qualifications 5–12 years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem. Deep expertise in WPF: MVVM, data binding, dependency properties, commands, templates, and custom controls. Strong understanding of design patterns (MVVM, Factory, Singleton) and SOLID principles with a focus on maintainable architecture. Proven experience building and securing RESTful Web APIs (.NET Core/.NET Framework) and working with Visual Studio and Git. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (MSTest/xUnit/NUnit), debugging tools, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORMs such as Entity Framework. Excellent written and verbal communication; experience in client meetings and coordinating distributed teams. Preferred: experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), observability (logging, metrics, tracing), UI/UX considerations, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
