Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Bhopal - Job Summary A Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop systems and supports end-users in resolving IT problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-personInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripheralsDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesPerform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenanceSet up new user accounts and configure access permissionsMaintain inventory of IT assets and update documentationProvide training and guidance to users on system usage and best practicesCollaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesEnsure compliance with company IT policies and security protocolQualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk rolesStrong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts and remote desktop toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience 2 years Minimum Job Location : Bhopal Salary Package As Per Company Standard. Shifts Rotational Immediate Joiner Preferred.
