Architect & Interior Designer

As an Architect & Interior Designer at Dr. Morepen Health Centres, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing healthcare facilities across universities and corporate campuses in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing current Dr. Morepen Health Centres, focusing on patient-friendly and operationally efficient spaces - Leading renovations, revamps, and interior upgrades of existing centres - Creating layouts, floor plans, working drawings, BOQs, elevations, and execution documents - Coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders - Conducting regular site visits to supervise execution quality - Managing timelines, budgets, procurement, and project delivery to ensure projects are completed as per design intent and brand standards To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design - Minimum 2 years of experience in the field - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software - Strong project management and execution skills - Ability to independently manage projects from design through handover Preferred experience includes prior work with clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, or wellness facilities. Understanding healthcare space planning, medical workflows, compliance requirements, and regulatory considerations will be advantageous. Experience in commercial, institutional, university, or corporate projects is also desirable. This position involves frequent travel across India for on-site visits, coordination with local vendors, and supervision of execution to ensure successful project delivery.
