As a BI Analyst with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards and reports. You will create interactive visualizations and KPI-driven reporting solutions to meet complex data visualization requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards and reports - Creating interactive visualizations and KPI-driven reporting solutions - Writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis - Developing Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytics - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical reporting solutions - Working with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics needs - Optimizing Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability - Performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks - Supporting business users with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations Qualifications required for this role include: - Expert-level experience in Tableau development and dashboarding - Strong hands-on experience in SQL - Good experience in Python scripting and data analysis - Experience working with large datasets and data visualization best practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additionally, the job requires a hybrid work model where you should be comfortable visiting the office 10 days per month.
