Job Description: Product Analyst – Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst – Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes within the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environment, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and supporting Oracle DRM implementations and enhancements. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, finance teams, IT teams, and external vendors while working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Leads, Finance Process Teams, and Technical Teams to design and configure Oracle DRM solutions that meet business requirements. Apply industry best practices in Oracle EPM financial design and configuration to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable solutions. Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) . Manage and support Reference Data Management (RDM) processes, including hierarchy and metadata management. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including user story creation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and end-user training activities. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for metadata governance and data quality. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Product Analyst within an Oracle EPM environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) . Good understanding of Reference Data Management (RDM) concepts, metadata governance, and hierarchy management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification. Oracle DRM Certification. Strong understanding of Oracle EPM financial processes, configuration, and solution design. Experience with Oracle EPM applications such as HFM, EPBCS, FCCS, or EDMCS is an added advantage.
