About the role
As a Senior Tosca Automation Architect, your role will involve leading automation strategy, framework design, and implementation of scalable automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca across SAP business applications. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca. - Building and maintaining automated test cases using a model-based automation approach. - Defining automation standards, reusable components, and best practices. - Creating reusable modules, test step blocks, and data-driven automation assets. - Reviewing and optimizing existing automation suites for maintainability and scalability. For SAP Functional Automation, you will be responsible for: - Developing automation coverage for Procurement / P2P Process including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Confirmations, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt, and Invoice Validation. - Handling SAP FICO automation for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Postings, Cost Center & Profit Center Validation, and Finance Integration Testing. In terms of Test Execution & Governance, you will: - Manage Tosca Execution Lists and Test Sets. - Lead automation execution strategy for SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles. - Analyze execution results and provide automation health metrics. - Mentor automation team members and conduct code reviews. Regarding Defect Management, your responsibilities will include: - Performing root cause analysis for automation and application failures. - Collaborating with SAP Functional and Development teams for defect resolution. - Validating fixes and ensuring regression coverage. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of QA/Test Automation experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca experience. - Strong expertise in SAP Procurement (P2P/PTP) and SAP FICO testing. - Experience designing automation frameworks and architecture. - Expertise in model-based automation concepts. - Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Preferred qualifications include Tricentis Tosca Certification, SAP domain certification (FICO/MM), Agile/Scrum project experience, and experience leading offshore automation teams.
