Chief Technology Officer (Alkapuri)

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives in Vadodara Alkapuri. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the companys technology strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, leading product development, and ensuring security and compliance. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the companys technology strategy aligned with business goals. - Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Guide the development of new products and services, ensuring technological innovation and competitiveness. - Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team, including developers, testers, and IT support staff. - Ensure the security of the companys data and compliance with relevant regulations. - Manage the technology budget, including investments in current technologies and cost control. - Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers. - Monitor the performance of technology systems and make improvements as necessary. - Implement metrics and KPIs to track technology performance and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role. - Strong strategic thinking and vision for technology innovation. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and product management. - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards. - Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control. - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
