Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full time We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible f or creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience. This role is open to freshers who have a passion for design and a robust willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas. Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve designs. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Maintain consistency in design and follow brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: A degree or certification in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field (self-taught designers with solid portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.
