Your Tasks Coordinate, lead, and manage medium, large, and cross-functional projects and groups and provide leadership to professionals at the group level Assume business and cost responsibility, ensuring results from an effectiveness and efficiency perspective in work processes Define and implement departmental strategies and initiatives, taking responsibility for shaping the content of the department Provide control and decision-making on technical issues Perform disciplinary management of predominantly of professionals at group level Be strongly involved in the further development of the project management and/or portfolio management processes Enhance framework conditions related to product quality and teamwork Represent the topics internally across all divisions and hierarchy levels Your Profile You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication You have a minimum of 18 years of professional experience You have proven experience in product design and development as well as people management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments within the automotive domain You possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate Group managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development teams You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities, high empathy and can motivate others You demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong enthusiasm for agility, change management, and team development
