IT Business Management Associate

As a Technical Business Analyst on this team, you will: Analyze data Write and test requirements Automate reporting Educate project managers and scrum masters on the System Delivery Process Additionally, you will leverage your leadership and collaboration skills to stand up the IT Employee Engagement Program in DTCC's new Hyderabad office. Your Primary Responsibilities Lead the expansion of IT's employee engagement program in DTCC's Hyderabad office Contribute to analysis, requirements, and testing of enhancements to IT Business Management dashboards and IT Governance Metrics Automation Support analysis and testing of System Delivery Process enhancements across various tools, including PPM and JIRA Perform data collection and information gathering for IT Business Management reporting and presentations Partner with project management tools and risk assessment teams in the APAC region to ensure timely responses and collaboration Contribute to maintaining and enhancing IT Business Management and System Delivery Process documentation Note : The primary responsibilities are not limited to the details above.
