Pay and Benefits Competitive compensation , including base pay and annual incentive Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location Pension / Retirement benefits Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care , and other leaves of absence to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being Flexible/hybrid model : 3 days onsite (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or employee), 2 days remote The Impact You Will Have in This Role As a core member of the Enterprise Automation team , you will: Support the testing of automation solutions on various platforms Work with automation technologies such as Blue Prism , UI Path , Automation Anywhere , and other no-code/low-code platforms Take ownership of testing deliverables and timelines Collaborate with the team to develop test cases, perform E2E testing , regression testing, and track/report test results Deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Be responsible for documenting test results and defects clearly What You'll Do Participate in reviewing user requirements and developing test cases for both positive and negative scenarios Work with the team to gather and set up required test data Track test results and defects throughout the testing lifecycle Support the user acceptance test phase , coordinating with the user base for a successful rollout Independently manage multiple projects based on provided priorities to complete testing and provide feedback within timelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success Minimum of 3 years of related experience in testing solutions on automation technologies using tools like BluePrism , UiPath , Power Automate , etc. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium , TestComplete , UFT One Strong understanding of SDLC and legacy technologies like MS Access , mainframe Ability to write queries in SQL Server to validate test results Experience testing solutions built on Appian is a huge plus Proficiency in using JIRA and following the Agile methodology Additional Qualifications Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with developers , managers , and team members to coordinate tasks and show strong commitment to work Ability to work efficiently both independently and in team environments Hands-on experience working in the Agile framework using scrum methodology
