POSITION OVERVIEW Responsible for managing and supporting Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. This role installs, configures, automates, monitors, and troubleshoots infrastructure, supports production systems, maintains technical documentation, and works with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions while providing on-call support when required. WHAT YOULL DO Installs, configures, automates, and monitors various Azure & AWS Cloud servicesInstalls, configures, automates, and monitors Windows systems and domains.Installs, configures, automates, and monitors Linux systems.Performs operational engineering, including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.Provides off-hours on-call support.Creates and updates technical documentationParticipates in projects in a fast-paced environment, independently or within a teamWorks closely with peers to implement and manage secure, scalable, repeatable, and reliable cloud infrastructure environments.Contributes to troubleshooting of production issues related to wide range of server and network topics.Addresses day-to-day support cases in timely manner and with highest quality.Aligns business objectives with technical solutions for stakeholder requests.Performs other related duties and activities as required.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
