Openlink Endur Product Manager (Pune)

About the Role We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Openlink Endur to join our team as a Product Manager or Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Endur products, delivering trading and risk management solutions, and managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle. Candidates with 6-8 years of experience will be considered for the Product Manager role, while professionals with 8+ years of experience will be considered for the Senior Project Manager position. Exceptional candidates with 4-6 years of relevant Openlink Endur experience may also be considered based on technical expertise. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of Openlink Endur implementation, enhancement, and support projects. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, risk teams, and technical teams to gather and define product requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. - Drive product roadmap planning and prioritize features based on business value. - Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and support teams for successful project execution. - Ensure high-quality delivery following Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and product optimization. - Provide leadership during UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
