Job Description Manager NPD Location: Hosur , Tamil Nadu Role Summary Looking for an experienced professional to lead New Product Development (NPD) for mattresses across B2C and B2B segments. The role involves product design development, value engineering, product costing, testing, benchmarking, manufacturing implementation, and RD initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new mattress products across brands Manage product testing and validation at FRN lab Prepare BOM and product costing Drive value engineering and product enhancement projects Conduct competition benchmarking Coordinate product rollout with cross-functional teams and factories Implement new manufacturing processes across plants Lead RD initiatives on materials and processes Manage the NPD team and act as a technical resource Qualification Experience Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering Hands-on experience in NPD within Mattress or Furniture Industry preferred Strong knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and costing processes Skills Required Product Development | RD | Value Engineering | BOM Costing | Manufacturing Process | Team Management | Cross-functional Coordination Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
