Job Description: PLC Programmer IA - controls Position: PLC Programmer Industrial Automation Location: Peenya, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1-4 Years Industry: Industrial Automation/Engineering Key Responsibilities PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms like SPM, Robotic cells, Assembly lines, BIW Fixtures lines etc. Minimum 1 years of Hands-on Experience in Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA. Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks. Read and process engineering documents, including PIDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides. Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables. Work experience must be in Siemens/Mitsubishi/AB PLCs. Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences Provide timely support for customers during commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue Resolution Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial communication protocols such as Profinet/Ethernet IP/CC-Link, RS485 etc. Attending service calls and should be willing to travel across the country. Candidate should be willing to work on Flexible timings. Experience: • Minimum 1 years of Hands-on Experience in Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA Preferred candidate profile • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /NTTF Diploma in Mechatronics or Equivalent from an accredited University or College • One to four years of experience in developing PLC Programs as well as HMI Programs. • Experience in Troubleshooting of PLC Programs. • Handling the project as well as commissioning of Automation projects. • Experience interpreting process control documents. • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Experience in Robot Programming is an added advantage. • Candidates should be from South india What We Offer: • Competitive salary and commission structure. • Opportunities for professional development and career growth. • A collaborative and innovative work environment.
