Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior App Developer / Technical Lead to lead our application development team and drive the successful delivery of high-quality mobile and web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for leading developers while actively participating in application architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects, and leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate software development. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the application development team.Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile and web applications.Make technical decisions related to architecture, frameworks, and development practices.Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.Use AI tools for coding assistance, debugging, testing, documentation, code optimization, and research.Review AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.Stay updated with the latest technologies and AI-powered development tools.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional experience in application development.Experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Team Lead.Strong expertise in Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS, or similar mobile development frameworks.Solid understanding of backend systems, REST APIs, databases, and application architecture.Experience with Git and modern development workflows.Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience with application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.AI Skills (Mandatory) The ideal candidate should have practical experience using AI tools as part of the software development process, including: AI-assisted coding and feature developmentDebugging and troubleshootingCode reviews and optimizationTest case generationDocumentation and technical researchWorkflow automationIdentifying and resolving issues in AI-generated codePreferred Candidate Profile Strong hands-on developer with leadership experienceAble to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSelf-motivated and accountableFast learner with excellent problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working under pressureFocused on delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality applicationsWhat We Offer Opportunity to lead an experienced development teamExposure to diverse mobile and web application projectsFast-paced and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with modern AI-powered development toolsOwnership of technical decisions and innovative projectsCareer growth and leadership opportunitiesPay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Experience: Senior App Developer: 4 years (Required)Technical Lead: 4 years (Required)Last Mile App: 3 years (Required)Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
