About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing SQL Server databases in a large enterprise environment, including designing and supporting high availability solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in ETL processes, code review, and performance tuning of SQL queries and stored procedures. Your role will also require experience with Windows Server and client/server network applications. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 5 years of SQL Server experience in a large enterprise environment with versions SQL 2008 R2/2012/2014 - Demonstrating knowledge and basic understanding of the Oracle Database - Designing and supporting high availability SQL solutions such as SQL Clustering, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Always-On, etc - Utilizing ETL experience, specifically with SSIS - Conducting code review and performance tuning of SQL queries and stored procedures - Having 5 years of Windows Server enterprise-level experience - Working with Active Directory domain - Experience with client/server network applications Qualifications Required: - SQL replication experience is a plus - Familiarity with SSRS and Business Intelligence is preferred - Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous - Experience working with database monitoring tools and standards is preferred If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to career@ehooksystems.com.
