3+ years of experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager.

3+ years of hands on development experience with JAVA, J2EE Spring, Hibernate, REST/SOAP Web Services is a must.

Hands on experience in business rules discovery, rules harvesting and rule development in ODM.

Hands on experience in designing and building Domain Models, Java Execution Models and Business Object Models for Business Rules and events Applications

Hands on experience in authoring, testing, publishing and deploying business rules into Decision Center Business Console and Enterprise Console, Decision Server/Rule Execution Server (RES).

Hands on experience in testing and simulating rule in Decision Validation services and leveraging Decision Warehouse.

Hands on experience in ODM API's.

Web services and other J2EE development and integrations

Experience with Continuous Integration build, preferably with Jenkins

Hands on with Maven

Experienced in object oriented design and modeling in Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Knowledge on DB2
