Automation Anywhere & Power Platform Developer

You will design, develop, and implement RPA systems to automate business processes. Responsibilities Develop automation processes and drive unit testing to ensure code quality. Conduct code reviews to verify adherence to style guides, functional specifications, and security standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts on design documents and client sign-off. Manage SIT and UAT testing phases, including the preparation of sample test cases. Provide technical consultancy to other developers and assist scrum teams in removing technical blockers. Maintain documentation and participate in daily stand-ups to track progress and mitigate risks. Oversee hyper-care periods and manage the formal handover to support teams. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in RPA development. Proven experience in designing and developing automation solutions. Expertise in code reviewing for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and identify security vulnerabilities. Experience with SIT and UAT testing processes. Strong documentation and knowledge management skills. Any Graduate degree.
