Manual Test Engineer

You will execute manual testing processes within the airline domain to ensure software quality and requirement alignment. ResponsibilitiesCreate test design frameworks, scenarios, scripts, and test cases based on the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).Execute SIT and UAT testing while overseeing execution performed by junior engineers.Report defects and track aging against SLAs, following up with developers and BAs for resolution.Manage test data and documentation, including test planning, execution reports, and defect reporting.Provide test results walkthroughs to stakeholders to secure formal sign-off.Act as a subject matter expert to identify test scenarios suitable for the existing automation framework.Required Skills5+ years of testing experience, specifically within the airline domain.Proven experience in SIT and UAT execution.Strong articulation and communication skills for stakeholder management.Experience with change management processes.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with BA and application teams.Proficiency in defect reporting and lifecycle tracking.Experience creating and maintaining knowledge repositories.Any Graduate degree.
