Oracle Ebs Technical Consultant

Role : Oracle EBS Data Conversion Experience: 6-10 years Work Model & Location Hybrid model: In office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Work location: Pune / Hyderabad Working hours: India shift with 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST. JD Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory, Sales Understanding of Order Management, Pricing, and EDI Strong knowledge of A2C (Accounts-to-Close) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles Knowledge of master data and transactional data structures Familiarity with Oracle EBS migration tools and templates Oracle EBS implementation or upgrade projects Large-scale enterprise data migration programs Experience in global or multi-entity environments Data Migration Expertise Data mapping and transformation techniques Data profiling, cleansing, and validation Data reconciliation and quality management Legacy-to-Oracle EBS data conversion experience Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent documentation skills (mapping sheets, runbooks, test cases) Ability to work in matrix environments with onsite/offshore teams Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience mentoring or reviewing team members work Strong presentation and conflict management skills Good business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business processes Interested candidates kindly shared your update CV at pooja.roy@esolglobal.com
