Microsoft Exchange Engineer

5 to 7 years of experience as a Microsoft Exchange engineer or administrator. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, 2016, and or 2013. Ability to proactively monitor the stability and performance of the messaging infrastructures and take appropriate corrective actions prior to an incident or problem occurring. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and other email protocols and standards. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and process automation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Conceptual understanding of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF. Experience creating solutions using Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and or the Exchange Online management module. Experience with additional technologies including .NET Framework, JSON, REST, Outlook Add-in, transport agents. Experience with email security solutions such as anti-spam, anti-virus, encryption, and archiving. Certification in Microsoft Exchange or related technologies. Experience with Service Now or similar ITIL platform.
