About the role
As a Database Administrator (DBA), you will be responsible for managing database operations and ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of critical databases. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor database performance, backups, and alerts to ensure uptime and data availability. - Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. - Perform regular maintenance, user access control, and tuning for optimal performance. - Support developers and application teams with query optimization and scheme management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role. - Strong knowledge of database management systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
