Functional Consultants / Business Analyst

Job description: Understand business requirements, processes, and pain points of clients. Train independently on the company s product, gaining functional and configuration knowledge. Configure the product according to business requirements without constant supervision. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration. Act as a bridge between the business team and technical team, ensuring smooth implementation. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for end-users. Prepare functional documentation, use cases, and process flows. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve functional issues during implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
