Job Description: Profile : L1 Resource in Tech Ops Experience : 3 to 6 years Employment : Permanent Job Type : Work from Office Location : Mindspace, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Budget : 40% Hike On Current Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 application and production support for enterprise systems. Perform patch deployments, version upgrades, and coordinate application releases. Analyze application and system logs to troubleshoot and resolve incidents. Monitor performance and health of applications using AppDynamics, VuNet, etc. Manage and track issues using Jira or other ticketing tools. Support and troubleshoot on Windows Server, Linux, IIS, and Apache Tomcat. Execute basic database queries and issue handling in MSSQL and Oracle environments. Follow up with internal teams for timely ASLC/VAPT & VA issue closure reports. Coordinate with network teams for resolving issues related to: Firewall Port Opening rules Load balancer configuration DNS resolutions, Proxy
