Senior IT Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and operations. This role is based in Andheri SEEPZ, Mumbai, within the Information Technology department, and requires a candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms. Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware & software. Plan and execute system upgrades and infrastructure improvements. IT Operations & Support: Lead daily IT operations and service delivery. Ensure timely incident resolution and SLA compliance. Implement IT policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies & best practices. Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls. Oversee backup management & disaster recovery planning. Conduct risk assessments and support security audits. Required Technical Skills: Windows & Linux Server Administration Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN) Virtualization Technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) Cloud Platforms Exposure (AWS / Azure preferred) Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions IT Security & Compliance Standards ITSM & Monitoring Tools Experience Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
