About the role
Job description: Full time Location - Chennai Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain JMeter test scripts for web apps and APIs. Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. Analyze performance data using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and product teams; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Provide detailed performance reports and improvement recommendations. Requirements: 5+ years in performance testing with strong JMeter expertise. Experience with APM tools and scripting languages (Java, Python, JS). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab). Knowledge of cloud environments, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Preferred: Performance testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB). Domain experience in banking/telecom. Experience with high-availability and failover testing. Role: Design, execute, and analyze performance/load tests using Apache JMeter to ensure application optimization, scalability, and reliability.
