Full Stack Engineer, AVP (Electronic City)

Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer at AVP level with strong system design capabilities, enterprise mindset, and AI-assisted development approach. The role requires designing scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency. - AI-Assisted Development (Primary Focus). - Actively leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for:Accelerating microservices development and API design.Generating boilerplate code, test cases, and debugging, issue analysis, and performance improvements.Refactoring code while maintaining standards and quality. - Ensure validation of AI-generated solutions for:Security, performance, and scalability with enterprise coding guidelines and standards - Drive responsible adoption of AI within the team and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
