About the role
Role Overview: You will play a key role in the team by developing machine learning models to segment customers based on their behavior and preferences. Your main responsibility will be to analyze customer data, identify patterns, and build predictive models for targeted marketing campaigns. Key Responsibility: - Develop and implement machine learning models for customer segmentation - Clean and prepare customer data for modeling - Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders Qualification Required: - Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in data science - Strong programming skills in Python or R - Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Details: The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for career advancement, challenging and impactful projects, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
