Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and internal teams. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities. Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives. Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user manuals. Participate in product discussions and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product or application development. Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders. Experience working on web and mobile application products is preferred. Experience level: 2 5 years Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
