AVP Fraud Analytics - Data Science & Gen AI

As a Specialized Analytics Sr Anlst at our company, you will be a seasoned professional contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes for Fraud Prevention. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying generative models such as GPT, GAN, and VAEs for various applications. - Customizing and fine-tuning existing RAG frameworks or designing new RAG to meet project requirements. - Developing POC/full-scale solutions on various automations in Operations area, including Conversational AI and Muti Agent Systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into AI solutions. - Conducting research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative modeling and staying up to date with the latest advancements. - Optimizing and fine-tuning models for performance, scalability, and robustness. - Implementing and maintaining AI pipelines and infrastructure to support model training and deployment. - Performing data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for model training. - Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance. - Writing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for models and algorithms. - Presenting findings and project progress to stakeholders and management. The recommended qualifications for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. - 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a focus on generative AI solution design and development. - Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG). - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your educational background should include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
