Data Analyst with Tableau & SQL

As a Data/Information Analyst at Citi, you will play a crucial role in gathering operational data from various stakeholders to analyze past business performance, identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights for enhancing business decision-making capabilities. Your responsibilities will include recommending actions for future developments, designing & developing Tableau dashboards, developing ETL processes, and translating data into consumer insights to drive targeting strategies. You will continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities, as well as leveraging internal AI tools for reporting processes. Collaboration with internal and external business partners is essential for project building, implementation, and tracking.
