About the role
As a Project Analyst 3 at our company, you will be responsible for dealing with most problems independently and integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards and practices. Your role involves applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to solve complex problems effectively. Attention to detail is crucial when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information, ensuring the quality and timeliness of service provided. Your team focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting governance of EUCs (XL and Macro based tools) & ITESS solutions used by various functions within the investor services business. You will collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation, productivity, and risk reduction, utilizing AI tools to build these solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, measure, and analyze operational data to identify problems and possible solutions. - Develop a plan of action and schedule for building, testing, and deploying the solution. - Identify risks in the solution, perform impact analysis, determine responses to risks, and track and execute responses as needed. - Monitor the governance of solutions developed, including timely reviews, documentation, and other requests for information. - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy. - Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
