About the role
Job Description: As an ML/AI Developer specializing in Generative AI & Agentic AI, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Build AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and related technologies. - Design, develop, and optimize AI Agents and multi-agent workflows for complex business use cases. - Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI accuracy and contextual understanding. - Work with MCP and AI orchestration frameworks to manage workflows, tools, and agent interactions. - Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise platforms. - Develop backend APIs and support frontend integrations for AI-driven products and applications. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments to ensure performance and reliability. - Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies. - Optimize AI systems for scalability, security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design and deliver innovative AI solutions. - Troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve AI applications based on user feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern AI application development concepts. - Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflows. - Basic understanding of AI Agents, MCP, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems. - Strong proficiency in Python for AI, backend development, and automation tasks. - Basic understanding of Full Stack Development, including frontend and backend integration concepts. - Familiarity with APIs, databases, backend architectures, and deployment workflows. - Understanding of cloud platforms, model deployment, and production environments is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving AI ecosystems. - Strong curiosity, experimentation mindset, and passion for emerging AI technologies. - Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
