ERP Project Manager

As an ERP Project Manager at Eastern Software Solutions, your role will involve leading Enterprise Enhancement Projects (EEP) for Oracle D2K and Apex platforms. Your strong project management skills and technical expertise in PL/SQL will ensure successful delivery, modernization, and integration of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end ERP projects, from planning to closure - Manage EEP for ERP systems on Oracle D2K and Apex - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions - Oversee development, customization, and migration of applications to Oracle Apex - Ensure high-quality coding standards and performance optimization in PL/SQL - Manage cross-functional teams including developers, DBAs, QA, and business analysts - Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables - Ensure proper documentation, change management, and compliance with organizational standards - Drive system integration, testing, and deployment activities - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 815 years of experience in ERP project management - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle D2K, Oracle Apex, and PL/SQL - Proven experience in ERP enhancement or modernization projects - Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization - Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in migrating legacy ERP systems to modern platforms - Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems - Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle solutions - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools As an ERP Project Manager at Eastern Software Solutions, your role will involve leading Enterprise Enhancement Projects (EEP) for Oracle D2K and Apex platforms.
