About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Plan, design, organize, and control production processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Conduct time studies to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles. Develop and maintain process documentation for dyeing and processing operations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in line balancing. Desired Candidate Profile 6-10 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of industrialization, line balancing, manufacturing, processing, time study, and lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in using software tools such as AutoCAD or similar programs.
