Testing Coordination : Estimate, prioritize, plan, and manage testing activities to ensure timely project execution. Bug Tracking : Identify, document, and track bugs through rigorous testing processes, covering various testing stages. Process Enhancement : Develop and refine testing processes for new and existing products to ensure quality. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest in test strategies, bug life cycles, and STLC processes. Preferred candidate profile:- Agile/Scrum Proficiency : Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Tool Proficiency : Skilled in using software testing tools such as Postman for API testing and Fireflink. Effective Communication : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical team members. SQL Knowledge : Experienced in using SQL for data manipulation and testing purposes. JIRA Expertise : Familiar with JIRA for managing projects, tasks, and issues related to software bugs.
