Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of people management with a focus on data technologies. - Previous leadership experience in a technology-driven organization. - Strong technical expertise in modern data architectures, cloud technologies, and software engineering practices. - Excellent project management skills for leading complex technical projects. - Experience in working with distributed global teams and supporting medium to large-scale technology organizations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
