EBC TECH SERV PVT LTD ( ETSPL ) is looking for IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's IT systems Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing system upgrades, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance overall operational efficiency Responsibilities: System Monitoring:Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure Implement proactive measures to identify and address potential issues Incident Management:Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues System Upgrades and Patching:Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates Ensure that systems are up-to-date with the latest security and performance enhancements Backup and Recovery:Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data Test and verify the effectiveness of backup and recovery processes Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures Create and update documentation for troubleshooting and operational procedures Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and applications, to address cross-functional operational needs Participate in IT projects and initiatives Capacity Planning:Monitor system resource usage and participate in capacity planning activities Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades based on capacity assessments User Support:Provide support to end-users for IT-related issues Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical concerns
