As a passionate software engineer joining Ebex's CRO and Dev team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top-class data scientists and highly skilled software enthusiasts. Your role will involve taking on challenging projects, building extensions and plugins, and collaborating directly with international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage technology in projects and provide technical guidance and solutions for work completion - Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews - Develop and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity - Identify growth opportunities to support projects in an online environment through regular discussions with stakeholders - Quality assurance of all programming changes, fixes, and updates, collaborating with designers and testing sites to ensure functionality - Create accurate estimates of implementation times and provide progress reports Qualifications Required: - Strong programming and technical skills in PHP and MySQL with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Experience in PHP frameworks such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal, and CodeIgniter - Proficient in debugging, diagnostic, and analytical skills, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of setting up deployment processes and experience with GIT - Ability to perform Server Configurations and Management (Linux) and conduct Performance tuning - Strong design, programming, and debugging experience with excellent problem-solving skills - Review and optimize code for peers, ensuring unit testing is conducted - Knowledge of customizing, coding, optimizing plugins, and integrating with other 3rd party systems - Expertise in development processes including unit testing, static analysis, secure coding, continuous integration, and SDK development - Capable of taking direction, working autonomously, and leading the development team towards delivering solutions As a passionate software engineer joining Ebex's CRO and Dev team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top-class data scientists and highly skilled software enthusiasts.
