The Intelligent Automation & ECM Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end document processing workflows. The primary focus is using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) to ingest and classify documents, then integrating these workflows with IBM FileNet P8 for secure enterprise content management and long-term storage.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Development: Design and implement complex business processes using Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) Process Designer and Forms Designer.

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Configure OCR, document classification, and data extraction rules to handle structured and unstructured content.

FileNet Integration: Lead the technical configuration of the Tungsten Export Connector for FileNet to ensure metadata and documents are correctly indexed into FileNet document classes.

System Administration: Manage the IBM FileNet P8 platform, including Content Platform Engine (CPE), object stores, and security policies.

Custom Development: Write custom scripts (C# / .NET / JavaScript) to handle unique validation rules or complex API integrations between the two platforms.

Performance Tuning: Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis for failed batches, and optimize WebSphere/Liberty environments for FileNet stability.

Technical Qualifications

Tungsten Expertise: Proficiency in Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) v7.x or higher, including Transformation Modules (KTM).

FileNet Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.5.x, including Content Navigator, Case Manager, and Workflow services.

Programming: Solid understanding of .NET (C#) for Tungsten customizations and Java/J2EE for FileNet API work.

Databases: Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 for managing document metadata repositories.

Web Services: Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs for cross-platform data exchange.

Good to Have Certifications

Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) Certified Professional/Developer .

IBM Certified Professional Developer - FileNet P8 .
