Middleware Platform Engineer

We are currently hiring for a Middleware Platform Engineer role with a strong focus on telecom domain projects . This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in distributed systems, messaging platforms, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end cluster provisioning and onboarding of application teams on RabbitMQ and ZooKeeper platforms

Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Chef

Ensure high availability, low latency, and high throughput for telecom-scale applications

Perform performance tuning of messaging and coordination systems

Implement security protocols including SSL/TLS, LDAP/AD integration, and RBAC

Manage migration, upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments

Required Skills:

Strong experience with RabbitMQ (cluster setup, plugins, policies)

Hands-on expertise in ZooKeeper ensemble management

Proficiency in Terraform / Ansible / Chef

Deep understanding of Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Middleware Engineering, or System Administration

• Prior experience in telecom domain or high-scale distributed systems preferred
